City Ordinances allow a requirement to be added during the application and review process to request a traffic study at the project location. A study was done and identifies:
“For final build operations a typical week, the development is anticipated to generate 3,036 truck per week with 95% of these trucks operating between Monday and Friday. Furthermore 95% of those trips are expected to occur over a 12-hour period with those trips being evenly distributed over that time. The remaining 5% of trips will occur during off-peak times. During a typical weekday hour, the development is anticipated to generate 90 truck trips (45 entering / 45 exiting).”
And:
”Trip distribution was based on the existing traffic patterns, the proposed land use, and the location of population centers, as well as site access. Trips were assigned to the study area roadways in accordance with the following trip distribution: 33.3% to/from east on USH 14, 33.3% to/from west on USH 14, and 33.3% to/from south on CTH M.”
